Default 1993 S-10 4.3 Rough Idle

Hello

I am new to this forum and just trying to find some help. I purchased a 1993 S-10 2X4 with a 4.3l engine. The truck ran fine on the way home and for 2 days after. Then it wouldn't start the next day and had no spark. I changed out the Dist. Cap, rotor, coil, ignition coil, plugs, and wires. It runs much better but still has a bit of a rough idle. I also replaced a broken vaccum line in front of the TBI. Any idea's on why it still idles rough? I haven't replaced the PCV yet but I will. The truck only has 103,000 original miles and from the looks of the dist. cap, it was sitting a lot and not being driven. Any help would be appreciated.

If it was sitting I would go over all the vacuum hoses.

Cover the vacuum lines with carb cleaner with it running, if it has a leak it will rev up. A good seafoam could help too.

So what else / where else would you look? My '88 does the same thing and I can't find the problem.

Here's what's been changed:

MAP sensor
Cap, rotor, plugs, wires
Coil
pickup coil
PCV
fuel pump
fuel filter
egr valve
egr solenoid
rebuilt TB
replaced intake manifold gaskets
had injectors cleaned/flowed
replaced all vacuum lines

Truck runs great anywhere but idle. Excellent throttle response, runs smooth down the highway. I'd drive this thing across country right now, it just runs really rough at idle, and will die on occasion at stop lights in drive.
